Common diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis and Psoriatic arthritis, like many other rheumatic conditions, can cause, pain, dysfunction, deformity and disability. 

Up to 90% of people with Rheumatoid arthritis report associated foot problems and can develop neuropathy (loss of feeling), reduced circulation and ulceration.
